How It Works
This calculator counts every Saturday and Sunday that falls within your selected date range (inclusive of both start and end dates).
Weekend days are counted individually — a complete weekend (Saturday + Sunday) counts as 2 weekend days. The "Complete Weekends" count shows how many full Sat+Sun pairs exist in your range.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are both start and end dates included?
Yes, the calculation includes both the start date and the end date. If either falls on a weekend, it will be counted.
What if I enter the dates in reverse order?
The calculator automatically handles this — it will swap the dates and calculate correctly regardless of which date you enter first.
How are complete weekends counted?
A complete weekend is a Saturday immediately followed by a Sunday, both within your date range. Partial weekends (just Saturday or just Sunday) don't count toward this total.
